Retirement Village: 22nd Deadline

Bottisham Parish Council has been notified that the development of a Retirement Village with affordable housing on land to the rear of 163-187 High Street is going to an appeal inquiry before the Secretary of State on 25 January 2022.  

The original planning application was refused by East Cambs District Council (ECDC), and was again refused on a subsequent appeal. Both ECDC and Bottisham Parish Council and the Medical Practice are maintaining their position in strongly opposing this development on the Green Belt.
