Minutes of a Parish Council meeting are a public record of the decisions of the Council. Minutes from previous Parish Council meetings are available below

Our Parish Clerk endeavours to produce draft minutes in around 10 days post meeting and will remain in draft form until approved at the next full meeting of the Council. Once approved at the appropriate meeting, signed copies of the minutes will replace the draft minutes online.

Full council meetings are usually held in the Poppy Room at the Royal British Legion, Downing Close, Bottisham on the first Monday of the month (except where this no sitting in August) and start at 7:30pm unless otherwise stated. If the first Monday is a bank holiday, then the meeting will likely be on the next Monday.

Bottisham Annual Parish Meeting - 14th October 2021

The Annual Parish Meeting will be held in the Main Hall of the Bottisham Community Sports and Social Club.  

Parish Meetings should be held annually between 1st March and 1st June, but the Parish Council have been unable to do this during the period when all meetings were held online.  This years' format will be slightly different as we are mindful of the need to maintain social distancing.  

Brief Addresses - 45 minutes - Brief address from Jon Ogborn, Chair of Bottisham Parish Council and County and District Councillors who represent Bottisham ward.

Informal Session - 1hr 15 minutes - Opportunity for individual discussions being held at separate tables with Key Public Sector Organisations including County, District and Parish Councils, Heads of Schools, Police.
