45 min formal meeting followed by an opportunity to talk informally with key organisations in the village

Welcome and Parish Council Report – Cllr Jon Ogborn, Chair

County Council Report – Cllr Alan Sharp

District Council Report – Cllr John Trapp

Presentation from Mrs J Rankine (Principal -Bottisham Village College) & Sgt M Lupton-Pike (E Cambs Neighbourhood Policing Team) 

Summing up and introduction to informal session – Cllr Jon Ogborn

At 8.15pm the formal meeting will close and be followed by an opportunity to talk informally with the speakers as well as with members of the Parish Council and Working Group members (who will address issues about Planning, Environment and the new Cemetery) and Mr J Barrett, Clerk of the Bottisham Local Charity.

The Bar will be opened and refreshments will be available,

The meeting will take place in the Hall, Bottisham Sports & Social Club, Downing Close at 7.30 pm.
